Life always has its ups and downs. But when you have depression or anxiety (or both), the ups get a lot smaller and less frequent. They can and often do disappear altogether. And the downs, as you likely know all too well, usually get deeper and deeper.
What makes it even worse is that more often than not, the people you live with and care about don't really understand how hard living with depression or anxiety is. And there doesn't seem to be a way out.
But there is! And not only is there a way out, but once you have the map, you can walk out by yourself. This isn't to say that therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists aren't helpful. Many of them are well meaning and are a big help for people with anxiety and depression.
But there are lots of things that work very well that you can do yourself to heal your depression and anxiety that they don't tell you. I describe 10 of them in my no cost report.
